Return & Exchange

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you enjoy your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchased items post-marked within 14 days from the date received, for a full refund or exchange. All returned items to sammoon.com must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice sent with the order or a copy. Please fill out the return/exchange form located on the lower back portion of the invoice so that our representatives can process the return in a timely manner.

Claims for missing or damaged items during transit must be received within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. You may use any shipping carrier you choose, but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides insurance and tracking of your shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages. REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card and/or gift card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7-12 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when the amount has been credited. Please note that all shipping charges may not be refunded. You may also request store credit in which case the amount will be applied to a gift card number which will then be e-mailed to you.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, we will ship your exchanged items without any additional shipping fees, subject to merchandise availability. All exchanges must be EVEN PRICE exchanges.

Exchanges will be issued within 7-12 business days after receiving your return.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return a gift, please follow the same guidelines for the standard return & exchange policy. We can ONLY EXCHANGE the items or give you store credit for your return which will be applied to a gift card number and e-mailed to you.

NON QUALIFYING

All marked down sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY.  Hair pieces and custom order items requested by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.  sammoon.com reserves the right to refuse or send back (at the customer's expense) all returns or exchanges that do not meet our return and exchange conditions.  All purchases of GIFT CARDS are FINAL SALE ONLY. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
