We hope you enjoy your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your new, unworn item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date received.
- Make sure all original tags are attached
- Verify that the item is qualified for return (see non qualifying items list below)
- Fill out and enclose the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice.
- Using your preferred shipping carrier*, send returns to the following address:

- OR bring your items to any of our Store Locations for an easy refund or exchange with no return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
*We recommend you insure and track your package, as Sam Moon is not responsible for lost return packages.

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card and/or gift card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when the amount has been credited. Please note that all shipping charges may not be refunded. You may also request store credit in which case the amount will be applied to a gift card number which will then be e-mailed to you.
If you wish to make an exchange, we will ship your exchanged item/'s without any additional shipping fees, subject to merchandise availability. Exchanges will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from UPS with the tracking information of your new exchanged item/'s.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return a gift, please follow the same guidelines for the standard return & exchange policy. We can only exchange the item(s) or give store credit for your return.
Returning To The Store
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sam Moon Trading Co. will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned in original condition, with intact original packaging and tags, and a sales receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
Online purchases can be returned to any Sam Moon store with accompanying invoice.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All marked down sale items
- Hair pieces
- Rhinestone jewelry
- Evening bags
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Anything noted in store as FINAL SALE
Sammoon.com reserves the right to refuse or send back (at the customer's expense) all returns or exchanges that do not meet our return and exchange conditions. All purchases of GIFT CARDS are FINAL SALE ONLY. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
